CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19
Our drop-in advice sessions have been temporarily suspended, we are still here to provide support, but help will be primarily offered by phone and email. We will try and do all that we can to help people deal with the challenges of Coronavirus COVID-19. A reduced number of face to face pre-booked appointments are now available, at the discretion of the volunteers and staff team.
If you need help whilst our face to face appointments are limited, you can still receive advice as follows:
- To get advice by telephone – Ring 01235 765348 any time between 10.00 and 3.30 Monday to Friday. You will be able to leave a message outside of these times.
- By e-mail – help@wantageadvice.org.uk
We have a limited number of volunteer drivers available for essential drives related to medical care, shopping and prescriptions. Please contact as above to ask the WIAC if we can help with transport – if you are self-isolating or shielding over and above the advised social distancing. If we can we will, if we are not able to we will try to find an alternative option through our network of contacts.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but these times require extreme measures, that we have not taken lightly, to keep clients and volunteers as safe as we can.
